About the project
wtsp.cloud is a platform for businesses in Kazakhstan that need the official WhatsApp Business API but don't want to lose the phone app and their chat history. I designed and built the product for the platform owner – from number onboarding to the team workspace.
Challenge
Businesses had two bad options: regular WhatsApp Business with the risk of a ban for broadcasts, or the classic API that removes the phone app and hands the number to a middleman.
Solution
WABA Coexistence: the number connects to the official Meta Cloud API while the app keeps working. On top – a workspace: team chats, Meta-template broadcasts, contacts, a Deals CRM, an AI agent and integrations with amoCRM, Bitrix24, AlfaCRM.
Result
Onboarding in minutes with no sales calls: create a workspace, confirm the number in Meta's window and reply to customers from the browser. Free trial, payment via Kaspi or invoice.
How webuilt it
We started from the customers' main pain – bans and lost history. Then came self-serve onboarding, the team workspace, broadcasts, CRM and an AI agent that answers from the business profile. Everything shipped in iterations: number connection first, then the tools around it.
